This is usually a problem with net_maxfilesize not being set. Set it to something like this.
net_maxfilesize 99
Always make sure yourself that the new content you added will download to you on connection to the server.Or
1. Make sure you uploaded the full map.
2. Make sure to run the redirect script from your Zpanel account.
3. If after that, you still can't download the map. Fill out a Support Ticket with the exact error the game gives you.
- IE... Take a screenshot, or write down the error. Be sure to include the exact name of the map in the error box.
